Our April Blue Light Leadership Voyage was an unforgettable experience, giving young people the opportunity to step outside their comfort zones, challenge themselves, and discover what they're truly capable of. Over several days in the stunning Hauraki Gulf, participants learned the fundamentals of sailing while developing leadership, teamwork, resilience, and self-confidence. From taking the helm and working together to hoist sails, to exploring beautiful beaches, sharing campfires, and creating lifelong friendships, every moment was an opportunity to learn and grow. The voyage is delivered in partnership with Blue Light New Zealand, whose mission is to empower young people through positive experiences that build confidence, strengthen communities, and inspire brighter futures.
