Best Boat Music for Your Next Getaway - Sailing Disa S2 E1

We are Darrol and Kathy, and our lovely Amel Mango sailboat is called 'Disa' - named after the Disa flowers that grow on Table Mountain in our home city of Cape Town, South Africa. We have spent our first season of sailing in the Mediterranean: island hopping in Greece. It has been a fabulous time! In this second season we have to leave the EU due to our visas running out. But first we have some repairs to do... In this episode we return to our boat after two and a half months in Cape Town. While in Cape Town, Darrol had a chance to play music with his brother, Shane, his talented nephew, Ricardo, and several other musician friends - all of them mostly self-taught, playing purely for fun. Cape Town music has a sound that is instantly recognisable. We believe these musicians nailed it.
