** NOW SOLD ** 'Magic' is a 2004 Beneteau First 44.7 that is now listed exclusively for sale with YOTI Sydney Harbour. Designed by Bruce Farr, the Beneteau First 44.7 is an award-winning cruiser / racer that will delight whether racing to Hobart or cruising the Whitsundays. Magic is a 3-cabin version with a head to service two aft double state rooms and separate ensuite for the forward owner’s cabin. The L-Shaped galley has a 12v top opening fridge along with a two-burner gas stove and oven and twin basin stainless steel sink and there is a large, very comfortable “U” shaped dinette. She has been very well set up to cruise with a North Sails fully battened Dacron Main with boom bag and lazy jacks and a North Sails Genoa on a Profurl Furler. There is a large Bimini Cover and Dodger – with infill – for protection from the weather and she has a full suite of Raymarine instruments, including Auto Pilot. Her standing rigging was replaced in 2019 and her engine serviced in April this year.
