It takes a team of coaches to produce an Olympic athlete. The Australian Sailing High Performance program supports a "coaching chain" where each coach contributes to the development of the athlete at their age and stage of development on and off the water. This edition looks at the journey of Matt Wearn who commenced his sailing journey in Optimists in Western Australia but will be representing Australia in the Laser class at the Tokyo 2020 Games.
