A Spontaneous Sail to St Martin at The Start of Hurricane Season

Our plan was to hang out in Bequia, an island the makes up part of St Vincent and the Grenadines for a few weeks. But we got restless. Also, we have friends in St Martin that we really wanted to see. After looking at the weather and planning a passage we discovered that we could make it all the way up to St Martin’s within 48 hours. A two day non-stop passage passing 11 countries/islands. We cover the lead up to the passage, what it was like sailing north non-stop for a couple days and nights. Simon talks about plugging a leak, we divert to avoid the volcanic smoke heading the east side of Montserrat. We arrive at St Martin at daybreak and take you for a quick tour into land.
