#boatfoolssailing #crockersloop #classicsailboat #sailboattour #sailboatforsale A SENSATIONAL Small Cruiser! A 1981 Sam Crocker 29' STUNNER. $17.5k | TOUR This. Is. Boomerang. A sensational 29-foot Sam Crocker-designed cruiser (Design #286) built in 1981—and she’s a total stunner. At $17,500, this wooden beauty is one of the coolest boats I’ve stepped aboard in 2025. Small, but loaded for bear. She's ideal for a solo sailor, or a couple, and ideal for cruising the coast of Maine - and beyond! Boomerang was built down in Salisbury, MA, and is based on Sam Crocker's design #286. She's constructed of pine on oak frames, copper riveted, and has Dynel sheathed decks and black locust trim. She’s been lovingly maintained, indoor-stored every winter for the past 15 years, and upgraded with a Westerbeke diesel (just over 500 hours) in 2010, Furlex roller furling, Doyle sails, solar panels, a Tiny Tot wood stove, refrigeration and more. Canadian Ken couldn’t make it for this one, so it’s just me drooling over this Crocker 29 down in South Brisol, Maine. *Asking Price: $17,500 *Location: Pemaquid, ME *Documentation #1236434 Quick Specs *LOA: 29’ (Crocker Design #286) *Engine: Westerbeke 20B Two diesel (500 hours) *Construction: Pine on oak, copper riveted, Dynel deck *Sleeps: 2 + V-berth (4 total) *Solar + Sweet Upgrades: Tiny Tot wood stove, self-tailing winches, Variprop feathering prop, refrigeration TO CONTACT THE SELLER, PLEASE EMAIL: woodensloop29@gmail.com As always, be kind and courteous.
