We interviewed the chef of CHAMPAGNE & CAVIAR while he was preparing the lunches we hosted on board for our brokers, and watching him work was a show in itself. Beautiful dishes, a great atmosphere, and a glimpse into the creativity and attention to detail that make the onboard experience so special.
