63: Day 10 China Quarantine: "No Bake" Recipes...Protein Balls & Overnight Breakfast Yogurt

Need a couple of no-bake recipes that are great to grab and go, packed with protein, and delicious? In this video, see how to quickly make (in under 15 minutes!) two great recipes that can serve as a meal, snack, or even dessert. The recipes are listed below, but you will see how to make them in the video. Enjoy! These are two of our favorites! Chocolate Chip Protein Balls Ingredients: • 3 cups of oats or 2 ½ cups of oats + ½ cup shredded coconut • 1 cup of peanut butter or almond butter • 1/3 cup honey • 1/3 cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips Directions: Mix above ingredients in a bowl. Using your hands, form small balls. Makes 18-25 balls depending on size. I store the protein balls in the fridge. Overnight Breakfast Yogurt Ingredients: *1 cup milk *3/4 cup oats *3/4 cup yougurt *2 Tbsp chia seeds *2 Tbsp honey *3 tsp cinnamon *1/4 cup coconut *1/4 cup blueberries (or other berries) Directions: Mix the above ingredients together until fully combined. Pour mixture into individual-sized Tupperware containers that are easy to grab and go.
