50 minute Yin Yoga session

This is a 50 minute slow paced yin yoga session aboard Polykandros in Bozborun, Turkey. The practices in this session nourish the whole body and will help you wind down, breathe and relax. You will need comfortable clothes, that you can freely move in, a yoga mat and a yoga bolster. If you don't have a bolster you can roll up a cushion, blanket or towel like I do in this session. If its cold where you are I recommend to have a cushion and blanket for the last pose, Shavasana, full resting pose. The video will stop, but I do recommend you stay on your mat for 5-10 minutes after the practice lying on your back or on your side to allow your body to integrate the movements and allow it to rest for a short period. Please never do any poses that are not accessible for your body or cause you pain. We can sometimes experience a bit of discomfort, but its one thing we have learn when practicing yoga to make a difference between discomfort and pain.
