28 MAKE MY DAY New Sails & Stackpacks

OCTOBER 2020 We bought new sails from "de Vries Maritiem" in Lemmer. One of the few sailmakers in the Netherlands that actually makes the sails onsite. They were ready on Leontien's birthday, so we called them her present. After installing and testing them once, we made our own stack packs (lazy bags) and lazy jacks. We only sailed with them twice before the winter weather took over. We noticed some small items that need to be addressed by the sailmaker, but we are confident that it will all be handled properly.
