254nm later | Sailing Namibia

EP 157: 254nm later.. sailing into Walvis Bay, Namibia After exploring what Luderitz had to offer (we visited Kolmanskop, Diaz Point, the whaling station and church) We finally got a weather gap to leave Luderitz and continue our trip up to Walvis Bay. It was a pretty chilly and foggy trip up and we definitely felt like we were sailing in Alaska. We were so happy to see the shores of our intended destination. No need to check in since we did a check in Luderitz. We had some mods to do on our rudder steering that Ricky wasn't happy with so he dropped that off at the engineering shop and off we went to go pick up Luke (wades friend visiting from South Africa that flew in) and find a replacement microwave which was a lot harder than we predicted.
