24 - Cruising the Yasawa Islands

In this episode we really get into our Fiji travels and explore parts of the Yasawa Island group. We check out the entrance to the caves at Sawa-I-Lau. The main cave was locked, but we explored around the coast and found some other cool formations. Lots of giant bats came out in the evening here! We then moved along to the Blue Lagoon, famous from it's namesake movie with Brooke Shields. Have a look at some of the neat things we saw while snorkeling (including AN OCTOPUS), and while diving. We briefly catch a glimpse of a Manta Ray in Manta pass. We continue our progress south to Musket Cove, picking our way against the wind and waves, dodging shallow areas and coral bommies. It was nice to get in to Musket Cove for a restaurant meal. Lastly we get the chance to participate in some coral restoration work at Plantation Island Resort. Thanks for following!
