🌊 Thanks to Auckland Maritime Foundation – Māngere College Sails again! ⛵

We extend our sincere thanks to the Auckland Maritime Foundation for their generous support of another life altering voyage in 2026. With their funding, we were able to provide students and teachers from Māngere College with an unforgettable sailing experience in the stunning Hauraki Gulf. During their voyage, students stepped outside their comfort zones, experienced life aboard a sailing vessel, learned new skills, explored our local islands and connected with Aotearoa New Zealand’s rich maritime heritage. Along the way, they built confidence, strengthened teamwork, developed resilience and discovered what they were capable of. For many students, this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the marine environment up close, and to discover something new about themselves along the way.
