In episode 285 Scott and I head back to Seattle to celebrate the July 4th weekend with my family at Tyee Beach on Camano Island on Port Susan Bay. The weather was gorgeous and we spent 2 days beach combing, beer pong, crabbing and enjoying the fireworks. We went crabbing on my nephew's Boston Whaler 170 Montauk which is such a great boat for the Pacific Northwest. The best time to visit the PNW is summer time when all of the mountains are out and the skies are blue. Scott participated in a hot wing eating contest, we went cruising and crabbing on Port Susan and wrapped things up with a crab fest featuring freshly caught Dungeness crab with our family and friends.
