Join a man and his dog, She-Ra, as they journey across the globe, discovering the deep connection between humans, animals, and the natural world. This CNB Bordeaux 60, She-Ra, is a fast and comfortable blue-water cruiser. She has wide teak-laid decks, flush deck hatches, a hydraulic transom, and a garage. The ample teak-laid cockpit features two steering stations where all manoeuvres are controlled from, enough seating and a foldable cockpit table. She-Ra is well equipped with a performance mast, carbon Park Avenue boom, hydraulic backstay adjuster, hydraulic boom vang, and electric winches. Further to that, equipped with a 230hp diesel engine, folding prop, bow thruster, generator, exhaustive navigation package, water maker, and a tender with outboard, etc. The interior of this CNB Bordeaux 60 is spacious, bathes in natural light, and is throughout fitted out with air conditioning. The huge galley, located down forward of the saloon, runs across the full width of the boat. We made it through the famous Corinth Canal - Greece. The canal is 8m deep and excavated at sea level so it doesn’t need any locks. It took them 12 years to make it and it was first opened in 1893. The canal shaves off a 700km journey around the Peloponnese peninsula and around 11,000 ships pass through each year, mostly small vessels that can handle the narrowness and are able to dodge the result of landslides the sit under the surface. Crossing the Corinth canal is certainly one of the most impressive sailing routes for a research sailboat in the Mediterranean sea. Crossing from the Aegean to the Ionian sea in only a few miles of corinth canal: Cliffs on either side of the sailboat it makes for a stunning experience!
