From Turkey, we sailed for 8 hours to the first Greek island we came across: Limnos. We didn’t know the island, but the capital Myrina turned out to have a beautiful marina. The harbor lay beneath a high cliff topped by an impressive Venetian castle. We sent our drone up into the air to take a closer look at this stunning surroundings

When boats commit to race in the St. Francis Yacht Club's Rolex Big Boat Series in September, they know its a four race commitment in the big winds of San Francisco Bay. For these classic boats it means everyone on board will be feeling the effects of racing in those conditions. The positive side is being part of a team that knows what an accomplishment it is just to finish the series.

At the east coast of the island Lesbos, in a small town called Sigri, we walked past a church called Agios Theofanis Theophanes Sugrianis lived in the 16th century and became known as a monk and spiritual leader during a period when the island was under Ottoman rule. His name is still spoken with respect by residents of the region. Inside, the church turned out to be richly decorated, with traditional golden icons and oil lamps that are characteristic of the Greek Orthodox, almost mystical architectural style. Take a look with us inside the church.

We adore our new lagoon but there are some thing they simply did not think through like the two bow lockers. There separated by an horizontal floor and this makes the locker useless as stowing things in there will request you to take everything in and out to retrive anything. Not a good fit for live aboard sailors who need a lot of spares, accessories and stuff in general. We got rid of the horizontal plane and created a monovolume space that can be used entirely and organised properly

2026 trips are open. Sicily, Croatia, BVI, Canaries, and more. DM me or link in bio 👆 "What even is sailing, do you just watch the sea all day?" No. Our sailing weeks are: wake up in a new bay, jump off the side for a morning swim, sail to the next island, anchor somewhere tourists can't drive to, explore a 1,000-year-old medieval town in the afternoon, have sundowners on deck watching the sunset, cook dinner together, repeat. It's paddleboarding in crystal water. Hiking up to a fortress. Walking narrow cobblestone streets. Finding a local spot for lunch. Night swimming under the stars. Meeting people from 8 different countries who are all doing the exact same thing you are. You're not "watching the sea." You're living on it and exploring from it. And honestly? That's why people come back every year.
