The marina takes on a different persona when the sun stays low and the cold winds start to blow. I went to check on “Moments in Time” during the winter solstice. The boats on the hard were whistling in the wind, the sounds of laughter and tinking of drinks from the pool area had long departed, droning of harbor traffic remained eerily silent, and the lapping of waves had become more pronounced. Pues no pasa nada...son buenos, fiables y funcionan perfectamente. Estos winches considerados ya de la vieja escuela son muy competentes para la vela de crucero. Sólo necesitamos una cornamusa donde amarrar la escota. Con la práctica es realmente fácil hacerlo con una sola mano (con la otra grabas con el móvil 🤣)
