Sorry to disappoint you but the biggest trick about traveling long term is learning how to save and spending as less as possible in every major cost. I volunteer, I use couchsurfing, I hitchhike, I camp, I cook my food, but in the end of the equation you will always need a bit of money to pay visas, cover your entertainment and not starve on the road. The first day of racing at SLYC for the 2024 season did not have a lot of wind but did create some great images as the fleet search for the horizon which was not there.
