While Cure 55 hull #1 is up at Hamilton Island Race Week, back at the factory it is business as usual as we launch another Cure 55.

With Boat 01, we delivered an innovative, lightweight, safe, and fast vessel. Building on that success, Boat 02 represents a significant evolution. ‘Noire’ – Bloomfield Custom 70, built by Cure Marine. We often get asked about how our interior on the Cure 55 will look, and while we will be showing you that very soon, here is our latest boat 'Noire'... Noire is a 70-foot carbon fibre performance catamaran. Designed and engineered by renowned naval architect Stuart Bloomfield, this unique vessel was built by the Cure Marine team on the Sunshine Coast, Australia to an exacting and comprehensive design brief from very experienced owners. ‘Noire’ hit the water for the first time in February 2024. Attracting a crowd from the first day, she has continually impressed, hitting over 23 knots of recorded boat speed in early sea-trials. Build progress on boats 1, 2 & 3 in the Cure Marine workshop is moving along at a fast pace. https://curemarine.com.au/ Boat 1 is in high build and being prepped for final primer. It will progress to final paint soon. The superstructure build is complete, with all internal walls and major structural elements in place. Cabinetry fit-out is well underway on the interior panels. Boat 2 hulls are completed, the superstructure has been assembled on-mould, de-moulded and placed into its cradles. The bulkheads, cabin roof and side decks are about to be attached, with all superstructure in progress. 30% of the superstructure of boat 3 is already complete. The port topside has been infused, with the 2nd topside infusion happening next. Prep for the bridgedeck infusion will commence next. Boat 3 will be on the assembly line shortly after infusion. #boatbuilding #boatbuilder #catamaran

Hull 1 of the Cure 55 catamaran series has reached a major milestone in the construction process. With the cabin top component fundamentally complete and fitted into place, the skilled and talented Cure production team have spent the week finalising the attachment to the hull platform.
