A weather window opened up with cool temperatures and descent winds. Toni and I loaded "Moments in Time" for an overnight trip. We slipped the dock lines and tacked up the Patuxent River looking for a spot to drop the hook for the night.

Yellowfin grouper are my absolute favorite reef fish to spear in the Bahamas. And this was my first one. An absolutely delicious fish with a hell of a fight on it. It was great getting to spend a little time away from everyone spearfishing during covid in the Bahamas to get away from it all. . .
