A weather window opened up with cool temperatures and descent winds. Toni and I loaded "Moments in Time" for an overnight trip. We slipped the dock lines and tacked up the Patuxent River looking for a spot to drop the hook for the night.

Schön, dass du hier bist! Wir, Emely und Tjark, haben uns den Traum vom eigenen Segelboot erfüllt, eine Maxi84, relativ spontan und ohne das ganz große Geld. Das Boot müssen wir noch umtaufen auf den Namen Meera. Wir nehmen dich mit auf unsere Reise von blutigen Anfängern zu hoffentlich passablen Seglern. Bevor wir uns in die Wellen stürzen können, liegt noch ein Berg an Arbeit vor uns. Umbauten, Änderungen und vor allem der Sportbootführerschein müssen erledigt werden. Außerdem müssen wir noch lernen richtig zu segeln. Du kannst dich also schon auf die nächsten Videos freuen! On Saturday, 5 August. Perini Navi launched the S/Y Seven. The 60m aluminium ketch is the 62nd Perini Navi yacht to be built and the third in the successful 60m series which also includes S/Y Seahawk and S/Y Perseus^3.
