But what stayed with me the most… was watching her. An elderly Thai woman, carefully making the crispy noodles - one of the most important parts of Khao Soi. Every portion - slow, intentional, full of respect. You can literally feel it in the taste. I even got to talk to her… and you just know this is more than food. Join us on a spirited sailing adventure from Ragged Island to George Town, Bahamas on a Nautitech 46 Open catamaran. We had an awesome week down in the Raggeds. We had East winds for the entire week, allowing for some pretty fun sailing....for all but the last day when we sailed to Flamingo Cay to the south side of Hog Cut. It's important to pay attention to how the Raggeds bend to the east! We didn't and ended up needing to tack up to Hog Cut....best to make the trip if the winds are greater than 110º or more. #sailinglife #catamaransailing #nautitech46open

Wpisode 6 now up! Sailing Ibiza ⚓️⛵️ We anchored up in Cala Talamanca, Ibiza and hopped off the boat for a couple of days to visit several inland sites. This would be the first time we had left the boat unattended at anchor overnight, so we were a little nervous, but we had a good hold and had set the anchor alarm!
