But what stayed with me the most… was watching her. An elderly Thai woman, carefully making the crispy noodles - one of the most important parts of Khao Soi. Every portion - slow, intentional, full of respect. You can literally feel it in the taste. I even got to talk to her… and you just know this is more than food. After some improvements, "Yellow" had to be tested on Tankumsee test track. It performed well, though water was a bit bumpy an "Yellow" has been in the air for some time. Power is extreme, so I had to be very careful with the trigger. Battery was 4 cells lipo, It can run with 5 too, but 4 is far enough. Whole System remained cool without water cooling. New water drain vent performed well, too. Acceleration is extreme, reaching high speed in 1 or 2 seconds, it's almost jumping out from water - very cool
