Ingredients 2 oz dark rum 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters 1-2 tsp sugar/a sugar cube Ice Steps Add the sugar cube/granulated sugar and bitters to a rocks glass. Muddle the mix until the sugar dissolves. Add rum then stir for around 60 seconds. Add ice then stir for another 60 seconds Cut a piece of orange peel about the size of your thumb (be careful not to bend it). Sono arrivata da un paio di giorni a Gran Canaria con la mia barca a vela Maneki. Sono alla fonda davanti alla spiaggia di Anfi del Mar, vicino ad Arguineguin, il porto che e' diventato il centro di accoglienza dei migranti africani. Il vento da est (calima) di questi giorni ha fatto aumentare gli sbarchi clandestini. La rotta canaria da Marocco e Mauritania e' una delle piu' pericolose
