We’re mixing up a Rum Old Fashioned! 🥃🍊🔥 This twist on a classic combines rich rum, aromatic bitters, and a touch of sweetness. Watch the magic unfold!✨✨ Cheers!! Drink responsibly! Ingredients 2 oz dark rum 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters 1-2 tsp sugar/a sugar cube Ice Steps Add the sugar cube/granulated sugar and bitters to a rocks glass. Muddle the mix until the sugar dissolves. Add rum then stir for around 60 seconds. Add ice then stir for another 60 seconds Cut a piece of orange peel about the size of your thumb (be careful not to bend it). A: We never put two foils in the water. On the Infiniti 46 we had two foils but only use the one on the leeward side. On the Infiniti 52 it sometimes looks as though we have two foils but it's the same foil sliding from side to side. @infinitiyachts
