Efter veckor av konstant gung, sjรถsjuka och hรถfter som protesterat (hej, falsk ischias ๐โโ๏ธ) kรคnns det helt magiskt att vara framme och fรฅ kรคnna sanden mellan tรฅrna igen. Nรคr vi seglade fem dygn frรฅn Gibraltar till Kanarieรถarna var vi sรฅ otroligt taggade pรฅ att komma i land att vi tog jollen in redan fรถrsta timmen efter ankring. Det slutade med att jag blev rejรคlt landyr. Som sjรถsjuka, fast pรฅ land. Inte jรคtteroligt! Infรถr denna รถverfart bestรคmde vi oss fรถr att prova nรฅgot annat: att inte gรฅ i land direkt. Och vilken skillnad! Nรคr vi kom till Martinique ankrade vi och lรฅg pรฅ svaj i nรคstan 24 timmar innan vi tog jollen in. Att gรฅ frรฅn Atlanten-gung till det lugna svajet gav kroppen tid att vรคnja sig. Resultatet blev mycket mindre landyr och en betydligt snรคllare omstรคllning. Hรถfterna รคr fortfarande lite ovana efter alla rรถrelser, men det blir bรคttre fรถr varje dag som gรฅr. ๐ Sรฅ hรคr kommer mitt bรคsta tips till dig som planerar lรฅngsegling: Ligg pรฅ svaj bรฅde innan du ger dig av och nรคr du kommit fram. In May 2019, the 3rd PAPA Regatta took place for the first time in Croatia. Although the weather was unusually cool and overcast for the season, it brought steady winds โ ideal conditions for competitive sailing. While there was no time for swimming, no one had to sit idle waiting for the wind either. The action never stopped.
