YardWork Paint, Mast and Train Concert

This week had some great progress on the boat. The boat got a couple of coats of the top coat white paint on the hull. We are using DuPont marine paint and it looks amazing. It is not done, just wait until we unveil the new color scheme. We have some footage, but waiting on the final coats and masking to come off so we can get a shot of the whole thing done with the new paint scheme. We also removed the mizzen mast and started to decide what is moving from one mast to the new aluminum one. I took in a great private Train Concert in Vegas at a company event and checked out how well the boat yard painted the bilge. It is not complete yet, but goes all the way from the bottom of the bilge up to the underside of the sole. We have always loved the Formosa, bought one (on a bit of a whim) late in 2014, moved aboard this one right away and started to do our refit while living board.
