"Out of the watch system during the Brest Atlantiques, the race rules prohibiting him from providing any assistance with sailing the boat, Yann Riou is switching status this year; indeed he will be one of the six members of the crew in the Jules Verne Trophy. In this way, he will be on watch like all the other sailors (or any sailor) on the boat, whilst continuing to create images aboard the Maxi Edmond de Rothschild.
