Windpilot Pacific Install Pt. 1 - Ep 23

Aboard The Flying Spur Episode 23 Installation of a Windpilot Pacific Windvane in preparation for cruising in November! It's not a terribly complicated procedure, but I do run into an unusual box/enclosure that covers my backstay chainplate, and interferes with the bolts for the Windpilot. Unsure what to do about the enclosure, I take some photos and review with others, as well as look up what it's all about on the Internet... spoiler - didn't find much, and I need to bolt this in place!
