WHATS UNDER A CRUISE SHIP PIER?!?

Have you ever wondered what's under a cruise ship pier? We kind of have and the Frederiksted Pier on the West side of St. Croix was the perfect place to find out! We could NOT BELIEVE how much sea life was under the pier and also how many friendly turtles there were! SO COOL! This has got to be one of the top things to do in St. Croix!
