Week 8 onboard Malizia-Seaexplorer marked a significant milestone as Boris reached the last of the three great capes—Cape Horn—signifying his passage from the Pacific into the Atlantic. The week brought a mix of conditions, from rough, gusty winds to moments of calm, bobbing in search of wind. Amid the challenges, Boris also rang in the New Year onboard, reflecting on the journey so far and looking ahead to what’s to come. Now, for the first time, he is pointing the bow back toward home.
