We Explore an Abandoned Fort! | Ep. 18

We anchor at Egmont Key and explore Fort Dade; an abandoned military fort which is now a national wildlife refuge and state park. There we stumble upon an old brick road, the cutest gopher tortoises, and beautiful ruins overlooking the gulf coast. Welcome to our channel, Marina Rats! We are Jordan, Shira, Naja, Taj, Bug, and Beans. Currently sailing on S/V Brighter Days, a 2010 Lagoon 400. The channel name came about while watching the kids scurry around marina docks like little rats. Chatting it up with all of the other boats going by, and constantly eating, leaving crumbs behind them wherever they go.
