Test your hiking muscle endurance with this challenge! The goal is to accumulate 15 minutes of wall sitting with as few rests as possible. However, there is a catch: if you break you have to complete a penalty round of exercises before getting back into the wall sit. It is best to have two clocks going: 1 clock is running total time and 1 clock is your accumulation of 15 minutes for wall sitting. Every time you break from a wall sit, stop your wall sit clock, but keep your running total time going. Review the break penalty movements below. Accumulate 15 Minutes of Wall Sitting *Every time you break, complete the following penalty circuit 5 Push Ups 10 Jumping Jacks 15 Sit Ups Record your total time to complete the 15 minutes of wall sitting and record the number of break penalties you completed. The goal is to accumulate 15 minutes of wall sitting with as few breaks as possible.
