Visiting a Boat Yard for Winter Storage

I've been thinking about boat storage for a while now. Mochyn Du is easy, she packs up on her trailer and then I can get her in my garden as 2 people can easily side walk her through my gate! She's also small enough to not get in the way too much. Lulu is a different matter though and I need to find a place for her for the winter. I can leave her on the mooring, but the lake can get rough over the winter, I also need extra and expensive insurance and she's going to be in a state when I come back in March no doubt. I could also leave her at one of the local places, however they don't allow you to work on boats and they're just too far away to do a bit of work. Driving 1h 40m for a whole day's sailing is fine, but to do 30 mins of fibreglassing is another matter!! So I think i've found a place close to home that could just fit the bill!
