Tropical Storm Isaias in the Dominican Republic [REAL TIME UPDATE 2]

July 29, 2020. 1000 miles wide, TS Isaias is expected to directly hit the Dominican Republic by Thursday. With predicted 18 foot swells and 60 kts winds, is Luperon the safest harbor as they claim? At 11:15p AST, winds are 10-15kts, and the outer bands of rain have just hit inside the harbor.
