Transatlantic Race 2025: The Start

Foggy and light as the 11-strong fleet crossed the starting line off Newport's iconic Castle Hill Lighthouse on Wednesday afternoon, bound for Cowes, England. What emotions do the crews have on this historic moment? It's probably easier to tick off which emotions are not being experienced somewhere in the fleet. It's a huge adventure and there are a lot of unknowns. But that's a large part of the thrill.
