A windsurfer, he wanted something responsive and exciting but less extreme. He chose this small sailboat for solo sailing, liking its jamming cleat and sail trim for control. He sails on inland lochs and sheltered coastal waters, valuing its portable nature. He taught himself dinghy sailing on it and enjoys its performance in various conditions, including strong winds, using different sails. He's pleased with its rigidity, surprising for an inflatable sailboat, and the quality of materials. He enjoys sailing it in Scotland but would like to use this light sailboat in warmer waters, such as the Mediterranean or New Zealand.
