As a sailing family we think it's SUPER crucial that we always get the proper medical training. If you're travellers like us, especially sailors, we highly recommend you too doing regular training sessions! Our training was done across 2 days and he taught us so many things. From giving CPR, using a Tourniquet to various ways of treating wounds and correct ways of doing injection. It gave us more confidence to be out at sea when nobody around to help us. Hopefully we won't get it use any, but in case we do.. it's good to know that we're prepared!
