Unlike it's cousin the Long Island Iced tea, this is an exceptionally well balanced mixed drink that's not overwhelmingly boozy...easy to sip and perfect on a warm day. 1 part Cointreau 1 part homemade sorrel 2 parts iced tea (preferably a fruit & mint combo) Combine sorrel, ginger, dried orange zest, and clove in a bowl. Not mentioned in the video- the sorrel mix sat overnight before straining. also not mentioned in the video- the garnish turned out to be lemons in the end, ha. enjoy! catch you next week!
