Dodd Narrows is one of the tidal "gates" in British Columbia, just south of Nanaimo. Here we are going through it at near full flood in our Skoota 28 powercat. We were motoring at 11 knots, but top speed over the ground was 18. You definitely feel that you are going "downhill" See more at www.sailingcatamarans.com
