It’s that time of year again when we swap out the summer tires for snow/winter wheels on the Porsche 996 Turbo and MINI Roadster with a special segment on how to deal with the Turbo’s PCCB or “Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes” (Ceramic Brakes). We take you through the whole process from summer wheel removal to mounting of the winter snow tires/wheels. It is a straightforward process, but there are some bits to look out for. We also include some tips for removing wheels on cars that have ceramic brakes as they can be damaged easily and are expensive to repair/replace. We hope you enjoyed this DYI, How-To video. If you did, please give it a “Thumbs up” and Subscribe to Heidi and Franny’s Garage for more videos to come.
