Sailboats have masts. On those masts are installed all sorts of sailing-related gear & gizmos that must be maintained. One of those gizmos is the anchor light which, inconveniently, lives at the very, tippy-top of the mast... the worst possible place for an acrophobia-suffer, such as myself, to access. Despite this drawback, I must do what is required even when every cell in my body is telling me NOT to ascend the mast.
