Sailing ORIZON #59 Zurück im Segleralltag

Sailing ORIZON - Segeln im Mittelmeer... Schon nach ein paar Tagen im Wasser haben wir uns wieder an das Leben an Board gewöhnt und der Segleralltag hat uns wieder. Reparaturen, ankern und versorgen mit dem Beiboot wird wieder zur Routine, ruhige aber auch unruhige Ankernächte auch. Täglich das Wetter beobachten und schauen was der Wind die nächsten Tage treibt um eine passende Bucht zu finden. Momentan ist das Wetter sehr ruhig und es hat kaum Wind - was zum ankern gut ist aber zum Segeln weniger... Ganz allein sind wir im Kanal von Lefkas unterwegs, sehr ungewöhnlich aber es ist eben noch April. Und auch bei der Insel Meganisi finden wir um diese Jahreszeit noch ein Bucht ganz für sich alleine... Repairs, anchoring and supplies with the dinghy are becoming routine again, as are calm and restless anchor nights. Observe the weather every day and see what the wind is driving the next few days to find a suitable bay. At the moment the weather is very calm and there is hardly any wind - which is good for anchoring but not so much for sailing... We are all alone in the Lefkas Channel, very unusual but it is still April. And also at the island of Meganisi we find a bay all to ourselves at this time of the year... Wonderful!
