Sailing Downwind - No Drama!

So often we need to sail downwind, away from the breeze.. modern rigs aren't really designed for this, and it can be tricky and sometimes dangerous. This is goose winging, or wing on wing, and gives you the best performance downwind Here's how to go about it on your own, without crew if necessary, and prevents the flapping sails and possible unplanned gybes that can so easily happen.
