After being humbled by a storm in the Isles of Scilly last year, we were leaving nothing to chance this time around and so left the islands before some strong winds were forecast to arrive. We took refuse up the Helford River, back on the main land and bumped into a couple of old faces, before venturing off to find our own food again.
