Just in case you were wondering, we solved the dirty situation with black water tank by inserting a hose through the through-hole and turning on water with high pressure, this was the magic trick to unclog it. FYI: The black water tank was NOT dumped in the bay, not only is it nasty but also ILLEGAL.
