Sail Life - Liveaboard test day 1, insulation and more

I'm going to spend the next two weeks aboard Obelix with my dog. The goal is to figure out if I can move aboard my boat on a permanent basis. The 230V outlet installation is done and they are all working great. I'm trying to figure out how much insulation I really need in the boat to be able to live aboard.
