From the 4 am following us right on our stern without lights. To me franticly trying to get an answer on the radio. It was a crazy experience to have some small skiff speed up to us completely blacked out at 4 am and not answering after multiple hails on channel 16. We were nearly brought to firing warning shots. Only after a final warning did they turn on lights and acknowledge they were US coast guard. Very scary experience off of the nicaraguan coast
