Returning home to Australia LAX to Sydney
In June of 2022 we received a call that Grandpa had passed away back in Victoria, Australia. It was time to head home to see family and especially my Grandma. First we had to arrange plans for Justin, who has autism, to stay with his grandparents in Florida. Denise offered to fly him there. We all hopped on planes, Denise and Justin heading east, Cam, Ash and the girls heading west... half way around the world. After landing, securing our rental car, we had to quickly get jackets as it was winter in the southern hemisphere. Our Costco membership came in handy and worked great. Then we headed south down the coast to Callala Bay. What a beautiful road trip this turns out to be. The easter coast of New South Wales is gorgeous. So many beautiful birds.
