RENTAL CAR TOUR Of GREAT HARBOUR CAY, Berry Islands, Bahamas | Sailboat Story 108

We rent a little red car at the Great Harbour Cay marina for $60, and we take off to explore the entire island from North to South. First stop is the "Rat Pack Ruins". This old club house is where Frank Sinatra and even John Wayne were known to hang out. It's in pretty rough shape, but it's still intriguing to imagine the types that would frequent this off-the-beaten-path club house. Next we set off for the Sugar Beach Caves. It didn't take us long to locate the right spot with the clearly defined walking path. WOW, this cave was amazing! Such a cool beach as well with it's small pools of water. We'll be back for sure. We grab a quick lunch at the Beach Club Grill, and then head off towards Shelling Beach. I'm not sure if we were in the wrong spot because there was a distinct lack of shells here. Oh well, it was gorgeous none-the-less. Then after enduring an onslaught of hungry no-see-ums while we get our snorkeling gear on, we swim across Shark Creek towards Hawksnest Cay. This post is supposed to be great snorkeling, but the swell was so rough that we weren't able to make it out to the charted snorkeling spot. It was still a great adventure though. Finally, we return to the boat after a full day of island exploration. Thanks for watching!!
